FPBC Webinar Terms and Conditions
Registration & Payment
- Payment of webinar fees are due at the time of registration. All registrations are subject to GST.
- FPBC does not invoice for webinar registrations; payment can be made via Visa or Mastercard.
- Confirmation of registration along with webinar access information will be emailed to the registrant once payment is processed. If you do not receive your confirmation prior to the webinar date, please contact cpdhelp@fpbc.ca.
- Only individuals with a paid registration may attend an FPBC webinar. For live and archived webinars, each attendee or viewer must be registered for that webinar or product. The sharing of a single registration among multiple individuals, including the sharing of webinar access and/or webinar screening with non-registered individuals, is strictly prohibited.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Webinar registration fees are not refundable. Access to a recording of a webinar may be made available to a registrant in lieu of a refund.
Cancellations by FPBC
- FPBC reserves the right to postpone or cancel webinars due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. FPBC will refund the full registration fee if it cancels the webinar. Registrants will be notified by email one business day prior to the webinar date if a webinar is cancelled. Registrants are urged to register early to ensure adequate enrolment.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Content
- Webinars contain intellectual property and copyright content owned by FPBC. No parts of the webinar — presentation, video, audio, electronic or printed material — may be recorded, screenshot, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means.
