The Free to Grow in Forestry Certification Program consists of four online training modules designed to provide members of the forest sector with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to navigate the complexities of fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in their workplace.
In the first course, learn how Free to Grow in Forestry got started and all that it has accomplished.
In the second course, Allyship in Action, learn the skills, steps, and roles an ally can play that will help you immediately in the workplace, making you a role model for future generations.
Inclusive Leadership is the third course, exploring what inclusive leadership is and how to be an inclusive team leader
In Overcoming Resistance, the fourth course, explore the common forms of resistance that can get in the way of developing a more diverse and inclusive workforce and be guided on how to create greater commitment and acceptance from your colleagues.
Those who complete all four e-courses earn a Free to Grow in Forestry certificate.
