Leading Hybrid Teams is a webinar from Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
Hybrid teams, consisting of a mix of on-site and remote employees, require leaders to master a unique set of skills to ensure success. In addition to the typical challenges faced when managing co-located teams, managers of hybrid teams must skillfully navigate an intricate web of communication and structural barriers to foster engagement and team cohesion.
