Practice Rights Fundamentals in Professional Forestry examines the practice rights of forest professionals under the Professional Governance Act (PGA).

The e-course begins by setting the legislative context, and unpacking the new definition of the practice of professional forestry. It then clarifies the difference between regulated and reserved practice, while outlining their scope and implications.

The e-course also explains the relationship between FPBC registrant practice rights and other professionals under the PGA.
