This 2022 FPBC conference session provides an overview of the current impacts of climate change on BC ecosystems, with a particular focus on drought.
In this context, the government research program has developed the Stand-Level Drought Risk Assessment Tool, which provides the opportunity to integrate climate change into forest management, primarily timber supply analysis as well as harvesting and retention decisions.
