Executive Summary
Dave Clarke, RPF, is vice-chair of the 78th Forest Professionals British Columbia (FPBC) Board, winning by acclamation.
Dave has spent more than 40 years in forest management and has been a registered professional forester since 1990.
His career has taken him across BC and allowed him to work with a diversity of people and situations and gain experience with a variety of corporate structures and boards. His career includes experience in forest industry operations, marketing of forest products, corporate management, and various board roles.
Until August 2021, Dave was executive director of the BC Forest Practices Board, an independent administrative tribunal that monitors forest and range practices in the province. Since retiring from the practices board, Dave has continued practising professional forestry as a consultant and as an elected Forest Professionals British Columbia (FPBC) Board member (2022-24).
