Board Elections

Voting for the 77th FPBC Board election opened December 8, 2023, and closed January 8, 2024.

Kelly Kitsch, RFT, is chair of the 77th FPBC Board. Jamie Jeffreys, RPF, is now past-chair. Kerri Simmons, RPF, is the new vice-chair.

Juliet Goveia, RPF, was the lone registrant candidate elected to the board member position in this year’s election.

Voting was conducted via Survey Monkey. If you opted out of receiving emails from Survey Monkey, you would not receive a link to the online ballot. You can opt in to emails on the Survey Monkey website. In future, if you do not receive a link to the board election ballot, please contact the communications department.

We thank Dave Gill, RPF, and Wendy Royle, CPA, CA, whose terms on the board have ended.

The 77th FPBC Board took office at the annual FPBC forestry conference and AGM in February.

FPBC’s nomination committee establishes the slate of candidates for election to the board as required by Section 26 of the Professional Governance Act (PGA). The nomination committee confirms registrant candidates meet integrity, merit-based selection, and procedural principles required by the PGA.
